Thank you for inquiring with Matamoros regarding your event.  We have one main party room which can be utilized for private occasions located on the west end of our restaurant.  It has more than enough room for corporate or private meetings and also features controlled music and lighting.  This room accommodates a maximum of 120 guests.

Fluatas de Pollo... Three crispy corn tortillas filled with chicken and topped off with guacamole and sour cream, served with Spanish rice and beans.

Pollo Cilantro...Grilled and marinated breast of chicken topped with delicious white wine cream sauce, guacamole, Spanish rice and beans.

Steak and Shrimp...8 oz. skirt steak with shrimp topped w/ Del Rio Sauce, served with   guacamole, Spanish rice and beans.

Pescado Del Rio... (Salmon, Trout, or Amberjack) Topped with lemon, butter, garlic,        onion, tomato sauce served with guacamole, Spanish rice and beans.

Steak Tampiqueno...8 oz. skirt steak topped with tampiqueno sauce, served with a                      cheese enchilada, guacamole, Spanish rice and beans.

This is the perfect appetizer for parties!  It includes 12 Buffalo Wings, 12 Stuffed Jalapenos with cream cheese, 12 Spanish Ravioli, 12 Flaquitos, 12 Quesadilla beef and 12 Quesadilla Chicken, guacamole and sour cream.  (Serves 22-25) $66 per platter.
