Delectable Autumn
|
The traditional delectable mountain block has been transformed into an Autumn motif in this pattern which includes instructions for an 18" X 65" table runner, a 13" X 53" mantel scarf, and a 15" X 20" placemat. Two different leaf motifs are centered in the light portions of the blocks which are complimented by plaids and batiks in the rich colors of Fall. |

Winter Wreath
|
For a heartwarming transition from fall
into the Christmas season, create this grapevine wreath bearing, pears,
plums, lemons, oranges, acorns, and cherries, and adorned with a lovely
red plaid bow. The scrappy border consists of 2 1/2" by 4 1/2"
strips, in colors to accentuate the design motif, and has cornerstones
of squares set on point. This pattern includes directions for both
hand and fusible/machine applique, and is recommended for early intermediate
to advanced levels. Hanging tabs are optional on this wall quilt,
which measures approximately 24" x 30". |

Cornucopia Collage |

fall seasons, our cornucopia overflows with pineapple, pears, apples,
cherries, peaches, plums, and pecans. The scrappy border consists
of strips in colors accentuating the design motif, with cornerstones

Pumpkin Patch |
In our pumpkin patch, leaves flutter down to add
color and movement to the fall motif. The abundance of the season
is captured by a harvest of apples, pears, and grapes, which are flanked
by cattails. The solid green border boasts cornerstones of pieced
autumn leaves. This pattern includes directions for both hand and
fusible/machine applique, and can be accomplished in time for Halloween
by early intermediate to advanced quilters. Hanging tabs are optional

Turkey Trot |
In anticipation of Thanksgiving, our turkey is resplendent
in the colors of autumn, and is enhanced by falling leaves. The solid
green border is joined by pieced cornerstones in a basket pattern.
A grid is quilted into the background while a meandering pattern graces
the border. Large pattern pieces make this design eay to applique
using either our hand or machine method by early intermediate to advanced
quilters. Hanging tabs are optional on this wall quilt, which measures

Fanciful Pheasant |
In this 28 1/2" X 34" wall quilt the very
essence of autumn is captured. The pheasant is a wonderful symbol of
the season, and here it sits as if in a frame. The corners are done
with an easy miter technique, and the diamonds "floating:" in the
borders are also easy to create with our clear-cut diagrams and
instructions. The piece can be done by hand or on the machine, and
be hanging in no time to create a truly unique focal point for the
home. |

Autumn Star |
Autumn Star is truly
the STAR of the season. It makes just the right sized wall
hanging for that special place in the home where quilting skills can
be admired. There is only one type of pieced block which is
used 4 times, set around a light center in which appliqué shapes can
be fused and machine appliquéd or created by needle turn appliqué. |
