SOUTHWEST VISION
SOUTHWEST VISION

Our Indian maiden faces East to the rising sun. Her flowing hair and robe create movement as if she were floating in the air. Each fold of her robe is a different vibrant jewel tone, and her hair is several shades of black. The asymmetrical border is done in varying jewel tones of flying geese and diamonds which enhance the design motif. There is also a small inner accent border. Complete instructions are included for both hand and machine appliqué. Hanging tabs are optional on this V-shaped banner measuring approximately 21" x 31"

SOUTHWEST BIRD HOUSE
SOUTHWEST BIRD HOUSE

The southwest bird house stands sentinel over a desert landscape. The adobe-style home, set against a sunset sky, features a cactus on its deck and cheerful poppies at its base. The yellow bird perches on the roof with berries in her beak, and is set off by a red-orange accent strip and a pieced border of 3" squares. Hanging tabs are optional on this V-shaped banner, which measures approximately 19" x 31". Instructions include both hand and machine appliqué methods.

KOKOPELLI KUTWORK

KOKOPELLI KUTWORK

Our Kokopelli is a tasteful rendition of a traditional Southwest Indian figure of the dancing flute player. It is a cutwork appliqué design which can be accomplished by hand or on the machine. The delectable mountain border is the perfect embellishment for this simple motif which finishes at 22 1/2" square. Thorough instructions make this pattern ideal for the early intermediate to advanced quilter.
